"I'd like to take the time to thank IBA for the work they completed for us on a new compliance tool. Many of our clients had voiced a need for a tool that would help them control who had access to their applications. There were a few tools that helped with this, but no tool that did all of the work needed and most of these tools were very hard to use. Many of our clients found it easier to manually perform all necessary tasks (which was very time consuming) than to use the existing tools. The IBA team came up with a design that covered all standards, concerns and issues. From that they were able to give a sizing to the effort required. This sizing was easily converted into a schedule. They created a presentation that we went to the client with for approval to begin work. This presentation was of extremely high quality. All clients gave the approval to continue the development. Tasks were created and assigned, a communication vehicle was set up, and the work began. The IBA team was up to the challenge! The work was completed on schedule! To show the interface to the clients, IBA suggested that we set up a Lotus Live meeting and demonstrate the tool itself, rather than make a presentation. This turned out to be exactly the right thing to do. After our demo all clients were given the application to test. The testing results were amazing. The clients only came back with a few suggestions of changes - no errors - no misses! Working with the IBA ream is a pleasure each and every day! I can depend on them to get the job done no matter the obstacles. There is nothing that can make a project manager feel more comfortable than to have one of their team mates suggest that another course of action might be better. “Put into operation in November 2008, the Milavitsa Information and Analytical Management System (IAMS) comprises basic Axapta 3.0 functionality and the functions that IBA developed at the request of JV JSC Milavitsa. IAMS is integrated with other management systems functioning at Milavitsa. These systems are based on FoxPro and Delphi/MS SQL (export/import of files of a preset size). The total number of management systems with which IAMS is integrated is five.
The IAMS implementation enabled us to:
- Optimize the movements of raw materials through automatic calculation within a technological process. The legacy automated systems were capable of calculation within a production order and could not provide the required efficiency and precision of movements of raw materials and semi-finished goods. The introduction of the new system allowed us to abandon the use of limit-collection cards.

“ATOMTEX required a new up-to-date information system capable of automating management and accounting and of creating a single information space for development, production, and inventory of output products.
IBA experts conducted initial investigation, developed requirement specifications, carried out adjustment and refinement of the system customized to the specifics of the company, conducted user training, implemented data conversion, and provided strong support at the initial stage of the system’s operation.
The ATOMTEX management system automates the following business processes of the company:
- Production records, prime cost calculation, and cost management
- Warehouse, sales, and procurement management
- Business and tax accounting
- Human resources management and payroll.
As a result of the system’s implementation, 40 workplaces were automated.
- The system connects the following departments:
Marketing department
- Construction department
- Production engineering office
- Production department
- Procurement and packaging department

- Production planning and maintenance department
- Technical society bureau
- ERP bureau.
During the project implementation, IBA ported the system to the new platform 1C:Enterprise 8.2 and expanded the system’s functionality. At present, IBA conducts beta testing of the module 1C:Enterprise 8. PDM Engineering Data Management. IBA refines the ERP system functionality and the business planning module customized to the company’s requirements.
In addition, IBA provides consulting and further development of the implemented subsystems.
As a result of the project, the company streamlined and formalized its most important business processes within a single database. Thanks to the system, all company’s departments can use common data. The company’s management gets improved analytics based on the ATOMTEX performance results. The company is able to carry out prompt analysis of financial and business operations, business plans, etc.

“From June 2008 to September 2011, IBA created the automated information system Tax Calculation. In December 2008, six months after the project start, IBA launched a beta version of the E-Declaration system. In April 2009, the system was launched in commercial operation. The implementation of the system allowed for:
- Reducing the time of preparing and filing tax statements for taxpayers
- Improving the quality of the information provided by the taxpayers
- Increasing the efficiency of taxation bodies.
To date, more than 60 000 taxpayers use the system, and the number of users is constantly growing.
Over the years 2009-2011, IBA maintained the system, including introduction of updates to meet the changes in tax laws and other regulations.
Creation of all the Tax Calculation’s subsystems is completed with fair observance of the project plans and contract terms despite the complicated economic situation in the country. “In 2011, IBA modernized the Sombelbank's workflow management system based on the IBA's Chancellor. The system was modified using Version 5.1, a new release of Chancellor. “IBA developed and successfully launched the first release of interdepartmental system of electronic document management for Belarusian public authorities (ISEDM). The project was implemented at the request of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus as a part of the national program E-Belarus. On January 1, 2011 IBA put the system in commercial operation at 78 public institutions of Belarus.
The successful implementation of the project will allow for automation of dispatch and receipt of legal documents, will reduce the time of document delivery, and will promote discipline. The second release of the project is planned for 2011-2012 and includes roll-out to more than 200 organizations. Development and implementation of the second stage of the EDM system stipulates a full-scale interaction of the system with the internal workflow systems of these organizations. “I would like to express satisfaction with the performance of IBA when implementing the SAP-based project Equipment Maintenance at the Locomotive Depot of the Minsk Branch of Belarusian Railway. The system was implemented in two stages for the period of two and a half years. As a result of hard work, the system Equipment Maintenance was put into commercial operation in September 2010.Today, the solution provides support for the maintenance and repairs of locomotives, and allows for the quality management of repairs, including monitoring of the technical state of diesel and electric locomotives and their parts. “Belarusian Railway jointly with your company implemented functionality of the Typical Accounting System based on SAP ERP, enabling us to maintain financial accounting and tax accounting in a single system, unify accounting operations, and make the accounting transparent for BR management. Within the project, IBA prepared a profound specification list of primary documents, implemented an efficient operation reporting system including intra-organizational accounting reports. IBA developed a multi-purpose program that generates accounting reports, a number of tax reports, and branch balance sheet supplements. Implementation of the system allows for receiving reliable information necessary for management decision making, standardizing user operations, and providing unified normative and reference information. To date, the functionality of the system was replicated at 26 enterprises of Belarusian Railway with their subsequent launch into commercial operation. Twenty-one of these replicas were put into commercial operation jointly with the subsystem “Human Resources”.
