Education and training

Ways to Perfection. In IBA, each programmer and the majority of other specialists are university graduates. Provision is made for the personnel to be regularly trained in management, project management tools, special disciplines, and foreign languages. Most of our specialists have been trained in the following subjects: OS/390, P/390, OS/400, RPG/400, RS/6000, AIX environment, Linux, Solaris, SCO Unix, OS/2, Windows, Netware, DB2, Informix, Lotus Notes, Visual Age, MQSeries, CICS, LAN, TCP/IP, SNA, SAS, SAP R/3 & ABAP/4, WEB Sphere, e-business, quality systems, security systems, and banking systems. They received training at the training centers of IBM, Lotus, SAP, SAS, and their partners in Moscow, Germany, the US, Great Britain, and Italy, as well as at the IBA Training Center.

We can find a common language. IBA specialists use English and German for business communication with foreign customers and partners. Each project manager is fluent in either or both languages. Most of the developers are proficient in English and one tenth speaks German fluently. In addition, about one tenth of our engineers has a working knowledge of French, Polish, Italian or Spanish. University graduates and Ph. Ds are involved in teaching English and German to our specialists.

Working environment

We value our talented and highly skilled personnel and are making a major effort to provide comfortable working conditions to our people: state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technologies, access to corporate information network and Internet, digital telephone service, and audio/video conferencing, as well as comfortable interior. As a result, the staff turnover has been reduced to a minimum thereby contributing to the company stability and high quality of its products and services.

Manpower reserves

Prominence is given to the recruitment of qualified professionals, which is achieved in two ways: through collaboration with universities and maintenance of a database containing information about specialists who are willing to join IBA. The database includes more than 1,500 candidates and makes it possible to quickly select a suitable employee by various criteria.
