The IBA team is composed of leading industry professionals who combine creative resourcefulness, strategic business thinking and technical expertise. Of more than 1,500 university-educated programmers, around 30 hold Ph.D. degrees in computer science.

We are striving to keep abreast of the times offering high-end technology solutions to our customers. IBA developers are qualified in a variety of computer platforms, operating systems, programming languages, tools, and technologies. As new technologies, systems or products emerge, we utilize their capabilities for the benefit of our customers.
IBA has specialists to cover a full spectrum of IT services, including project manager, architect, designer, analyst, consultant, developer, tester, technical writer, system administrator, security specialist, and quality assurance specialist.

System Integration
Foreign Language Proficiency
Most of our employees are proficient in English or German. In addition, about one tenth has a working knowledge of French, Polish, Italian or Spanish.
Training and Education
IBA developers receive training at:
- IBM Training Centers in the US, Germany, Great Britain, Slovenia, and Russia.
- Sun Microsystems Training Center in South African Republic.
- Moscow Training Centers of Lotus, SAP, SAS, Sun, Microsoft, Novell, and 1C, as well as their partners.
In addition, they study programming and foreign languages (English and German) at the IBA Training Center. IBA project managers and developers use English and German for business communication with foreign customers and partners. Most of them are proficient in English and one tenth speaks German fluently.
Roughly 25% of our developers have certificates in S/390, AS/400, RS/6000, AIX, OS/2, Windows, DB2, Lotus Notes, Visual Age, MQ Series, LAN, TCP/IP, SNA, SAS, SAP R/3 or ABAP/4.
IBA maintains close relationships with leading Belarusian universities through joint laboratories, programming contests, and summer conferences. As the largest IT service provider in Belarus, IBA is a logical destination for Belarusian graduates. IBA has a waiting list of 1,500 qualified candidates it can draw upon to expand its team.
