Technical Center

The IBA Technical Center (TC) was opened in 1999 to meet market demands for after-sale servicing of computer and banking equipment.

The TC quality management system for technical support and maintenance of computer and banking equipment is certified to the international DIN EN ISO 9001 and local STB ISO 9001 standards.

The TC provides high quality technical support for hardware and banking products manufactured by IBA and its partners. TC specialists perform warranty and post-warranty mounting, maintenance, and repairs for a wide range of computing and banking systems of the following IBA partners:

  • IBM: zSeries, pSeries, iSeries, and xSeries hardware, Intel PC, and data storage systems including IBM System Storage and TotalStorage
  • Wincor Nixdorf: special banking equipment
  • Philips: video monitors
The IBA TC relations with these companies are based on bilateral service agreements for warranty and post-warranty support.

All TC employees hold certificates from relevant training centers of IBA business partners. Spare parts are supplied from storage facilities of IBA or its business partners in Europe. The proficiency of TC specialists, advanced diagnostic equipment and a stock of spare parts provide for high quality customer service.
